The Zebra Killings - A Forgotten Hate Crime  The Zebra Killings occurred in the San Francisco bay area between 1972 and 1974 and left 71 people dead. They were dubbed the Zebra Killings because of the radio channel used by the police investigating the case (channel Z). The name would take on a more sinister meaning as it became apparent that a group of blacks was systematically stalking and killing whites simply because of the color of their skin. - (Norcal) - (hatecrimes) THE ZEBRA KILLINGS In the early-to-mid 1970's hundreds of White men, women and children were murdered by black Muslims as an initiation to an organization called the "Death Angels." These were known as the "Zebra Killings" after the radio channel (Z) that the investigators working the case used. Once they became a Death Angel, black wings were affixed to their photograph and put on display along with the other members at highly secret meetings. In order to "earn their wings", prospects were required to kill either 9 White men, 5 White women or 4 White children. The purported reason for the difference in number of victims needed to become a member was that it was believed to require more fanaticism to murder women and kids. The real reason was that it was much easier to kill those who were weaker and less likely to fight back. |

Low-down Sacramento Ministry Official Arrested for Child Molestation The leader of a Sacramento ministry charged with molesting a 17-year-old male teenager who had come to his house to do yardwork. Sacramento County sheriff detectives arrested Anthony Cassells, 40, after a report was filed by the victim. Cassells has two prior convictions for child molestation and is listed as a high-risk sex offender. Cassell befriended him and offered him money to do yard maintenance. When the young man arrived at Cassell's home, the suspect reportedly locked him inside and used intimidation to force him into sex acts. - (Brewski) |

police report a stranger sexually assaulted a pregnant woman in her apartment.
He knocked on her door and asked for directions. When she gave them he
left but returned and asked to use the phone but when she tried to close
the door he forced his way inside and sexually assaulted her. She
started screaming and told him she was pregnant. The woman needed stitches.
He is dark skinned with a 1-inch ponytail and was frizzy on the

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents also have arrested Mohammed Adil Khan, Shabbir Ahmed and Khan's 19-year-old son, Mohammad Hassan Adil, for immigration violations. All three are citizens of Pakistan and Khan is affiliated with the Farooqia Islamic Center near Lodi, Calif. Ahmed is a citizen of Pakistan who currently functions as the Imam of the Lodi mosque.
A former Stockton priest and convicted child molester revealed details about his attraction to children and his methods for grooming victims during a two-day deposition in March.The Reverend Oliver O'Grady served seven years in a California prison for molesting two brothers while he was a parish priest. He was later deported to Ireland, where he's lived since 2001.
