Black Murder Suspect: White Woman Had to Die * "He was fighting a race war" - (video at link)  WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — A homeless ex-convict accused of killing a 56-year-old woman in a parking garage near a suburban mall told police that he was fighting a race war and killed her because she was white. Phillip Grant, 43, appeared at a court hearing Tuesday in shackles and a bulletproof vest. In a 45-minute videotape played during the hearing, Grant told police, "All I knew was she had blond hair and blue eyes and she had to die."Grant, who is black, claimed Connie Russo-Carriero "was not an innocent victim — because she was white."

Gunman sought in deadly attack on Kirkwood police officer   A police sergeant was shot and killed while checking a fireworks disturbance in suburban St. Louis, and a search continued Wednesday for a man seen approaching the officer and firing several shots. Sgt. William McEntee died at a St. Louis County hospital several hours after the shooting about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Kirkwood Police Chief Jack Plummer said. Plummer said the gunman a man approached McEntee, made some "bizarre statements" and shot him several times. "He was responding to a call that had absolutely nothing to do with the shooting," Plummer said. "Our man was ambushed." Police have identified their suspect as Kevin Johnson, 19. Two black women head to trial for alleged attack and murder of 81-year-old elderly White woman in parking lot   It was a dying woman's words that led to the arrest of two people who allegedly attacked her in a Meijer parking lot in Wyoming. On Wednesday, a judge ruled that those two women will stand trial on murder charges in the death of 81-year-old Margaret Herrema.Police say 21-year-old Eboni Spight and 18-year-old Monika McCain admitted to robbing Herrema and knocking her to the ground. - (Aryan Barbarian) |
| Hatecrimes: Black arrested for 'random' acts of unprovoked racist attacks on White males A 25-year-old black man has been arrested in connection with unprovoked random attacks on pedestrians walking near San Diego City Hall over recent months, police said. The arrest came after witnesses saw a man board a bus following an attack of a (white) Navy enlisted man who was pushed to the ground from behind and repeatedly kicked about the head about 3:15 p.m., Hastings said. The victim remains hospitalized and has undergone reconstructive surgery. There have been five other attacks since April 5 in the same area. Two other victims also were hospitalized. All of the attacks happened in the midafternoon on crowded sidewalks. . The victims were surprised from behind, pushed to the sidewalk and kicked. Few words were spoken by the attacker beforehand. Black Tampa man convicted in knife attack on White woman * Life in prison - plunged a butcher knife into her gut  Brenda Hill is sure there were angels there that day. She didn't see them, but she heard them when she leaned on her car horn as Matthew A. Fowler plunged a butcher knife into her gut in a Tampa parking lot. A jury convicted Fowler, 40, of attempted murder nearly two years after he attacked the woman in front of a doughnut shop. "I was surprised," Hill said. "I actually thought, "Well, it's a homeless person. I should try to give him money."' But when Fowler flashed the 8-inch knife, Hill knew she was in serious trouble. No death penalty for serial killer maintenance man Nicholas Wiley * Serial sex killer NIcholas Wiley   Nicholas Wiley was the maintenance man at the Elaine apartments where Lottie Thompson died. Nicholas Wiley claimed a number of other killings. Police could confirm only two, Hannah Finnerty, whose body was found in a dumpster outside the apartment complex. And Tammy Passineau, whose body was never found. Gloria Thompson, mother of one of the victims accepts the DA's decision. In fact, she says, she prefers the new option, “not the death penalty. Samson Y. Berhe, who turns 18 on Thursday, was ordered detained in juvenile court. He was arrested Monday after he was found on a barge across the Duwamish River from the shooting scene. Michael Robb, a tennis coach at Newport High School, was shot in the face Sunday night as he sat in his car on West Marginal Way in Seattle. Witnesses said a male approached the car and fired a shotgun through the open driver's side window, then ran toward the river. Neighbors told KIRO 7 Eyewitness News the teen said he had a grudge against white people. "He always say that he (was) gonna kill all the white people in the world," said Anna Bell Perkins. "Samson had, like, some sort of complex against Caucasian people. And he said he wanted to kill them all and told me I could watch," said another neighbor. According to court documents, Behre owned a shotgun. Police cut down a tree from his yard and recovered a bullet of the same caliber used to kill Robb. Trial Underway in Manslaughter Death of a First Coast Mother  JACKSONVILLE, FL -- The woman charged in the manslaughter death of Krystal Duss, a mother of two killed in a car crash on Beach Boulevard, will not take the stand in her own defense. Dianesha Johnson is accused of drinking and driving the night police say she hit Duss' mini-van. Jurors heard about blood tests that showed Mrs. Johnson was nearly twice the legal limit of intoxication. Mrs. Johnson's right shoe carries the imprint of the brake pedal. Pomona rape suspect's trial begins - Prosecution says suspect's DNA matches evidence  The mother of slain Cerritos resident Christina Burmeister took the stand in Pomona Superior Court Tuesday, recalling the last moments she saw her daughter alive. It was the first day of testimony in the preliminary hearing for James Winslow Dixon, the man accused of kidnapping and murdering the Cal Poly Pomona student. Cold-blooded black terrorist killer captured in El Cajon - prepared for black race war against white people   June 6, 2005 - One of the FBI's most wanted fugitives was captured in El Cajon after she was profiled on "America's Most Wanted". Authorities arrested 34-year-old Malaika Griffin in connection with the 1999 killing of her neighbor in Colorado. In 1999, Griffin was renting a room in a house next door to 25-year-old Jason Horsley. Griffin came out and started yelling at him then came out with a 9 mm gun equipped with a laser sight and fired one shot into Horsley's back at point-blank range, piercing his heart and killing him instantly. She then carjacked a friend's car, which was later found abandoned in Iowa. Denver authorities found a cache of weapons inside Griffin's room, including an assault rifle and grenades, according to "America's Most Wanted." 55-year-old black man in police custody for murder of 27-year-old white woman with whom he fathered a child   Police discovered 27-year-old Tina Campbell's body Saturday night, after concerned neighbors who hadn't seen her in a while called police to check up on her. Police say she had a "domestic relationship" with the suspect. The suspect is 55-year-old Walter Fudge of Madison. Campbell died of multiple gun shot wounds. Campbell was a devoted mother who loved her son, Marcus Fudge, fathered by the suspect Walter Fudge. Tina Campbell was involved in the SEIU's Justice for Janitors campaign. Teen draws 50-year sentence in BSU student's slaying   A teenager who instigated a robbery that ended in a Ball State University student's shooting death was sentenced to 50 years in prison. The family of victim Karl Harford, 20, said they accepted the sentence - the maximum allowed under the terms of a plea agreement - but would have preferred that Brandon Patterson serve life without the possibility of parole. "Things will never be the same again," Tom Harford, Karl's father, said after the sentencing hearing. Suspect Out Of Hospital, Now In Jail - Flags Lowered To Honor Fallen Officer  The suspect in the fatal shooting of a Prince George's County police officer is now out of the hospital and in jail. Police have identified Robert Mark Billett, 43 as the suspect accused of shooting a police officer Tuesday. Billett has been charged with murder and various other charges. During Tuesday's shootout, Billett was shot in the arm, leg and side. Some flags in Prince George's County will be flown at half-staff for one week in honor of the police officer who was killed in Tuesday's shootout. Cpl. White woman and young son were attacked by gang of black teenage girls on Boston subway Diane Camillo, claimed that she and her young son were attacked by a group of black teenage girls on the MBTA Orange Line, and she said that employees did nothing to help. "I did not instigate it. This is my son. They disrespected my son," she said.

A Newport News man convicted of killing a motel clerk who offered him a ride last year was sentenced to 58 years in prison   William Ola Henderson was convicted on March 3 of first degree murder, carjacking and two firearms charges related to the May 6, 2004 death of John Michael Register. Register, 21, was working as a motel clerk in Fredericksburg when Henderson asked him for a ride to a bus stop, according to court testimony. While they were in the car, Henderson asked Register to drive him to Newport News because he had marijuana on him and didn't want to take it on the bus. Register refused, and at some point Henderson shot Register in the back of his ear and put his body in the trunk of the car. - (crime) - (black on white) |

Search for Emily Rimel Resumes   It was quiet for a while, but now there is a renewed search for 5-year-old Emily Rimel, who has been missing since December 7. Her body has never been found, but police got a tip on where to find her late last week. Monday, the trial for Lindsey Bruce, charged with kidnapping and raping Emily, was put on hold while the search was resumed. Police believe Bruce killed Emily, but can't prove it without her body. - (Gman) |

On Thursday they released an identikit of one of the four intruders responsible for the murder that has shocked the community. Jordan-Leigh Norton was stabbed when four intruders gained entry to her Scout Road home, held up her nanny and uncle and ransacked the house of valuables.
