Sex predator wants to return home * Sex Offender's Move Angers Redwood City Police The sexually violent predator who took up residence in Redwood City this week has no idea why he was transferred to San Mateo County and where he’ll be going next. He’s not the only one questioning his transfer and awaiting overdue answers. And he wants to go home. The state Board of Corrections and Parole moved Thomas Earl Putney, 36, from Sonoma County to Redwood City without properly notifying local authorities. The reason for Putney’s transfer remains vague and so does his departure date from the county. - (Norcal) |
| Orlando Diaz Aguilar, 20, is charged with rape and lewd acts upon a child under the age of 14 He is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old runaway pleaded not guilty today in San Mateo County Superior Court. The victim told a detective she drank beer and took a pill provided by the defendant. Berkeley: Elderly woman's throat slashed in apparently random assault by African girl   Residents of the affluent and picturesque Berkeley hills were stunned Thursday to learn that an elderly woman walking by the Rose Garden had her throat slashed by a young woman in an apparently random attack. The 75-year-old victim, whose name was not released, was walking with her husband along the 1200 block of Euclid Avenue near their home -- in a verdant, low-crime area of graceful houses and stunning views -- at 6:40 p.m. Wednesday when the attempted homicide occurred, Berkeley police said.
Police described the slasher as African American, 5-feet 5-inches to 5-feet 10-inches tall, with black hair and thin build and wearing a gray sweatshirt and sweatpants. Her accomplice was reportedly the same age, 5-feet to 5-feet 5-inches tall with brown hair. "The random and violent nature of this attack is very concerning to us,'' homicide Sgt. police report a stranger sexually assaulted a pregnant woman in her apartment.
He knocked on her door and asked for directions. When she gave them he
left but returned and asked to use the phone but when she tried to close
the door he forced his way inside and sexually assaulted her. She
started screaming and told him she was pregnant. The woman needed stitches.
He is dark skinned with a 1-inch ponytail and was frizzy on the

These were known as the "Zebra Killings" after the radio channel (Z) that the investigators working the case used. Once they became a Death Angel, black wings were affixed to their photograph and put on display along with the other members at highly secret meetings. In order to "earn their wings", prospects were required to kill either 9 White men, 5 White women or 4 White children. The purported reason for the difference in number of victims needed to become a member was that it was believed to require more fanaticism to murder women and kids. The real reason was that it was much easier to kill those who were weaker and less likely to fight back. |
