• Illegal Immigrant from Hondoras Friedl Omar Rodriguez Fuentes Admits to Killing American Neighbor
  A man from Hondoras has plead guilty to stabbing his neighbor 37 times using three different knives. Police say it happened on June 10th of last year in the Milton home of the victim, Carlye Snyder.   Friedl Omar Rodriguez Fuentes pled guilty to criminal homicide. That includes first, second, and third degree murder, and all of the other charges against him. - (Newsroom)  

• US says China refuses to take back thousands of illegal alien deportees
  The US has accused China of refusing to take back almost 40,000 Chinese immigrants who have been denied permission to stay in the country. The United States Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff described the situation as "intolerable". He said although China had taken back 800 citizens last year, that only made a small dent in the numbers. Mr Chertoff said there was a backlog of thousands of illegal Chinese immigrants in the United States.
  

Illegal Mexican migrant charged with vehicular homicide in death of White American female school principal
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- Authorities say an illegal Mexican immigrant is charged with driving a vehicle that hit and killed a middle school principal. Cesar Mejia will be transferred from Krome Detention Center to a jail where he will await trial on a vehicular homicide charge. Authorities say Mejia tried to out run a yellow light March eighth and hit a vehicle driven by 62-year-old Margaret Campbell. Campbell had been the principal at Western Pines Middle School since it opened in 1997. Investigators say Mejia was carrying a driver's license from Mexico, which led to a charge of driving without a valid license. 
5 illegals face deportation after killing principal  
Deputies charged Mexican Cesar Mejia with vehicle homicide. According to a police report, witnesses watched Mejia run a red light on the Beeline Highway and slam into the side door of Campbell's white Subaru.  Campbell, who had a green light, was attempting to turn on Pratt Whitney Road. She died at the scene. Deportation to Mexico is possible, if not likely, for five illegal aliens involved in a fatal traffic crash this week that claimed the life of a popular school principal in South Florida. - (Newsroom) - (Invasion!)

• Southern California Police Arrest 41 Gang-Affiliated Illegals
  All of those arrested were in the country illegally and were born in Guatemala and Mexico. They are suspected of contributing to gang activity, including violent crimes and the sales of narcotics, Duarte said. They face formal immigration proceedings. • Border Agents Accused of Taking Bribes
  SAN DIEGO -- Two U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to prosecute immigrant smugglers were arrested for allegedly releasing border-crossers in exchange for $300,000 in cash bribes. Mario Alvarez, 44, and Samuel McClaren, 43, released the illegal immigrants to a smuggling ring that operates in El Centro, about 120 miles east of San Diego. The smugglers then allegedly took the migrants to Los Angeles.

Illegal Immigrant Pleads Guilty To Sexual Assault
W.Va. -- The Ohio County prosecutor says an illegal Mexican immigrant was staying with a family in the county. The victim's mother says she trusted that family and let her child spend the night at the home where the 10 year old girl was taken advantage of.   Through a translator, Diego Lopez-Mendez pleaded guilty to sexual assault in the second degree but also pleaded with the judge not to give an excessive sentence.   "In the pueblo where I grew up girls are usually married by 13 years old....I was unaware of the nature of the offense or that it was a bad crime," said Lopez through the translator. - (Newsroom)

Suspected Fugitive Mexican Killer of LA Deputy Arrested by Mexican Police
LOS ANGELES - A fugitive captured by Mexican police in the 2002 slaying of a Los Angeles County sheriff's deputy will likely be extradited in the next two months, and prosecutors plan to seek a life sentence, the district attorney said Friday. Mexican authorities arrested Jorge Arroyo Garcia Thursday. Arroyo Garcia, a Mexican national who also goes by the first name Armando, is the lead suspect in the shooting death of Los Angeles County sheriff's Deputy David March, 33, during a traffic stop in Irwindale, Calif., in April 2002.  Los Angeles County District Attorney Steve Cooley said in an interview  that prosecutors want to seek the death penalty. From what I understand, he has been pretty much a despicable piece of society from youth. From what I know, he had been deported on three different occasions, different charges. He had weapon charges — he had a weapon; selling drugs — he's a methamphetamine dealer; and just six months before Dave was shot, he was wanted in connection (with) two different, unrelated attempts of murder.

Illegal Mexican migrant Enrique Acosta Velazquez accused of killing woman, raping 8-year-old daughter
Enrique Velazquez, 39, is the father figure in the life of the 13-year-old girl. It was Velazquez' girlfriend who initially called police after the teenage girl confided in her that she had been sexually abused since she was 8 years old.   He's accused of sexually assaulting her since bringing her and her sister to the U.S. from Mexico two years ago. She also said that Velazquez killed her mother while they were all living in Mexico. The San Antonio Police will hand over the information to Mexican authorities. Velazquez would not be able to get out of jail because they believe he may be in the U.S. illegally. - (Newsroom)

  State officials say there wasn't enough evidence to build a case against the men. Initially, there were 14 men arrested in connection to the rape.According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office, all three men are illegal immigrants. They and eight other illegal immigrants initally suspected in the alleged rape either have been or will be deported.   Renee Perez Garcia, Mario Lopez Luis and Alvaredo Perez Luis still face charges in connection with the alleged rape.
