Black arrested for murder of White man in home invasion * Dustin Cline was killed by a home invasion robbery  A 19-year-old has been arrested for murder in the shooting death of Dustin Cline, who was shot and killed during what police termed a home invasion at Cline's Cuyahoga Street residence Dec. 15. Terrance James Feaster was charged with aggravated murder, aggravated burglary and felonious assault with a weapon and was booked into the Summit County Jail on Dec. 22, Akron police said today. He was to appear in Akron Municipal Court this morning. Police said they are looking for a second suspect. Repeat Black Offender Spared Death Sentence for murder of White woman - Gets life without parole   Cornelius Rogers has been in trouble with the law for over 20 years. Now at 42 years old he has been spared death for killing a mentally disabled woman, in part, for his difficult upbringing. This includes losing his left eye when he was 15. Some of Rogers' other crimes that were considered during the sentencing phase was sexual assault and pistol whipping a woman. His victim Julie Holt had a sock stuffed in her mouth and was hog-tied during a break-in of her familie's house in 2001. She died from suffocation according to the medical examiner. Black Lawrence Pinckney arrested for Christmas Day murder 73 year old white man   Tthe victim's roommate, Charles Piercy, returned home from out of town on Christmas Day to find 73-year-old Anthony Chiaramonte lying dead surrounded by blood inside his home in the Charleston National Country Club Community. Police say Piercy then dialed 911. When crews arrived, they found Chiaramonte lying dead upstairs at the foot of his bed. According to the coroner, Chiaramonte died from blunt force trauma to the head. Perv black lawyer gets 25-50 years in jail - He molested 6 girls over 8-year period Defense attorney Larry Charles could spend the rest of his life behind bars - for indecently assaulting six underage girls and raping three of them in places such as the Criminal Justice Center and in New Jersey motels over an eight-year period. In sentencing him to 25 to 50 years in state prison - as requested by prosecutors - a judge yesterday told him: "I agree with the D.A. I can't believe if you were out on the street that you will ever stop. My effort here is to stop you if I can," said the Judge. Upon hearing that, the mother of two of the victims, softly said, "Thank you, Jesus," as she sat in the courtroom gallery. Black NYPD cop charged with raping karate student A New York City police officer is accused of raping a teenage student in his martial arts school during a sexual relationship he claimed was one of the school's rites, police said. Middletown police said Trent Young, 39, sexually abused and then began having sex with the 15-year-old girl, a student at Iron Tiger Martial Arts in West Milford, N.J., in 2005. Young, who also teaches karate at his Middletown home, was arrested on his way to work and charged with felony counts of second- and third-degree rape, police said. He was free on bail Friday. The girl told police she'd been a student at Iron Tiger for a year when Young asked her to sign an oath of obedience in 2005. She told police that Young made her take off all of her clothes as part of the oath, and then sexually abused her. Black Suspect in Rapes of Elderly Hemet Women Arrested Police in Hemet say they've caught arrested a suspect wanted for raping elderly women in the area. 21-year old Kenneth Daniels Jr. was initially arrested for attempted burglary and resisting arrest, but was later booked in connection with the rapes of two women. One of those women was attacked twice, and the other died of injuries sustained in the attack. Officers working undercover in the area of the attacks observed the suspect enter the complex where two women had been raped in the past few months. Black Juvenile Serial Killer Remains in Prison   WARWICK, R.I. - They called him Iron Man, a hulking teenage football player with a baby face and winsome smile who lived with his parents in a small ranch house in the Buttonwoods section of town. Then, one summer night in 1987, Craig Price crept across his neighbor's yard, broke into a little brown house on Inez Avenue and stabbed Rebecca Spencer 58 times. She was a 27-year-old mother of two. He was 13. Two years passed before Price struck again. Joan Heaton, 39, was butchered with the kitchen knives she had bought earlier that day. The bodies of her daughters, Jennifer 10, and Melissa 8, were found in pools of blood, pieces of knives broken off in their bones; Jennifer had been stabbed 62 times. Buttonwoods was paralyzed. Police combed the streets. Neighbors padlocked their doors. Three black face capital murder charges for 'random and senseless' killing of caucasian Alabama co-ed  Authorities have arrested three men in the slaying of UAB student Kayla Fanaei, who was slain in an off campus shooting in October. One of the suspects was arrested early this morning at his girlfriend's home. Two others were taken into custody Wednesday morning, police said.
Fanaei, a 20-year-old majoring in psychology, was found dead about 1 a.m. Oct. 8 in the driver's seat of her convertible BMW in the parking lot of Glen Iris Elementary School. She had just left a surprise birthday party about five block from where she was killed.
After leaving, she pulled into the school parking lot, presumably to finish a cell phone conversation she was having with a friend who was in Auburn.
She told her friend some men were approaching her while she was parked there. She was shot once in the head area. The car, which remained in drive, rolled a short distance in the parking lot and crashed. Fanaei was pronounced dead at the scene. The convertible top and windows were up, her doors locked. Black Baseline Killer Suspect Gets 438 Years A man accused of being the Phoenix Baseline Killer was sentenced to 438 years in prison Friday for a brutal attack in which he raped a woman while pointing a pistol at her pregnant sister's belly. "It is clear from the record that you cannot function in a civilized society," Superior Court Judge Andrew Klein told Mark Goudeau, who still faces trial for the slayings of eight women and a man in 2005-2006. Black finally sentenced to die (for third time) for brutal lynch-murder of White girl  A family says it has received justice some 16 years after the death of 21-year-old Elaine Scott. A jury returned a death penalty verdict for a man convicted of killing the University of Oklahoma student from Tulsa. It's the third time convicted killer Alfred Mitchell has received the death sentence. After two appeals, three trials, and nearly 17 years, Elaine Scott’s family finally can find some closure. The jury deliberated before handing down the death penalty for Alfred Mitchell. Mitchell was first convicted and sentenced to die for brutally bludgeoning 21-year-old Elaine Scott to death with a wooden coat rack in 1992. That sentence was overturned because a forensic expert lied on the stand. Mitchell was tried and convicted again in 2002, and that death sentence was also overturned. The Scotts have suffered through three trials, reliving the gruesome details of their daughter's murder. They were pleased with the decision, but they say this is not true justice for their daughter. “Justice for my daughter would be for her to be alive,” said Bruce Scott, the victim’s father. “So justice in the sense that justice has been served for her death, yes. Black and foreigner arrested in at least 30 sexual assaults  STOCKTON - Police have arrested two men in connection with two rapes in the past few weeks and suspect they may be involved in sexually assaulting dozens of other women in the Stockton and Modesto areas. For weeks, detectives had been investigating two reported rapes of women allegedly involved in prostitution. Investigators linked those cases earlier this week, and leads from the street led them to Amritpal Singh Grewal, 22, and Kerston Dwayne Brock, 26, who they arrested in connection with the rapes. Black Father and Son Wanted in Connection with Repeated Rape of a Young Girl  MEMPHIS -- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation added Winfred and Akeem Scott to its Top 10 most wanted list for the rapping a girl repeatedly over a 5 year period. The crimes happened at a Memphis residence beginning in 1999 and continuing through 2004. The crimes were initiated when the girl was five years old. Both father and son will face charges of rape of a child when captured. Winfred Scott is described as a 47-year-old black male, approximately 6'1" tall and weighing 300 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. Akeem Scott, is also a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He stands 6" tall and weighs about 250 lbs. 70-year-old White man lynched and murdered by Black-Afro-Negro home invader A church going man, a nice guy and hard worker who was always quick to help others in need – some of the ways the neighbors and friends of 70-year-old Bill Williamson were remembering him in mourning.Police are looking for the gunman who shot and killed an elderly man in cold blood Friday morning. Investigators said 70-year-old Bill Williamson died during a home invasion. Newnan police said a black male broke into Williamson's home on Roberts Road, off East Washington Road, and shot the man to death. Elderly White Woman Describes Abduction, Beating by Two Blacks  JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- An 83-year-old woman abducted from in front of her home last month is talking about the experience now that the two teenagers accused of attacking her are in jail. Margaret Weber said she was returning from church when she was grabbed by two men and forced into the trunk of their car. "We've never had a bit of problem until these two jerks showed up," Weber said. Police said Jonathan Bishop, 18, and Maria Wood, 19, kidnapped Weber, and drove off. They stopped twice to open the trunk to demand Weber's personal identification number. Each time she told them she didn't have a PIN. Police said each time they reacted by punching her in the face. Black Rape Suspect Sees Cameras, Freaks A suspected rapist had to be pulled from a Dearborn courtroom after he made an obscene gesture at TV cameras and then ranted with outrageous language to match. Kenneth Gunther, 28, was arraigned on 11 criminal counts in connection with a September sex assault. He's also facing charges for a sex assault in Dearborn Heights. Gunther appeared startled and angered by news cameras when he entered the courtroom. Black Robber Ripped Off Woman's Finger - Doctors Unable To Reattach Finger LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- A man is being held in the Gwinnett County Jail without bond after he was accused of tearing a finger off a woman's hand during a purse snatching. Caesare R. Pinkins, 21, was charged with multiple felony counts of robbery, aggravated battery and burglary. The incident took place in the parking lot of a Kroger store. Black tries to plead no contest in White teen's rape murder    SEATTLE -- A black charged with the 1978 rape and murder of a 15-year-old Seattle girl tried to plead no contest at his arraignment. Clarence E. Williams stood in a prison jump suit in King County Superior court and appeared to catch his lawyer off guard as he told the judge he wanted to enter a plea of "no contest" for the killing of Sara Beth Lundquist. Williams' lawyer intervened and the judge agreed to enter no plea so Williams and his lawyer can discuss the situation. A no contest plea is not technically an admission of guilt, but it could allow a judge to find a defendant guilty of the charges. Negro sex-beast rapes girlfriend's 10-month-old girl to death * Baby dies  A 10-month-old girl who police said was beaten and sexually assaulted by her mother's live-in boyfriend died Saturday afternoon. Daniyah Jackson had been on life support since the assault late Thursday night at a home on Herman Street. Police said Jackson had severe bruising to her face, arms and legs and that she was bitten on the chest. A family member declined to comment last evening. According to court documents, the victim, a 3-year-old female, reported the incident to her foster parent. Negro Gets 32 Years for Torture Death of his 18-month-old stepson   KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The judge calls it a tragedy all the way around as he sentences a man to 32 years in prison for the murder of a child. Charles A. Mahone, 40, was handed the sentence after being found guilty of second-degree murder, three counts of child abuse, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and first-degree assault in the death of Aaron, the 18-month-old son of his former girlfriend. Keith L. Nash, 32, is classified as a Level 3 sex offender, the group considered most likely to commit new sex crimes. Nash registered with the Clark County Sheriff's Office as living here, but he has no fixed address and no known vehicle, according to a bulletin from the Sex Offender Registration Unit. Three black afro-negroid teens murder 12-year-old White girl in home invasion     Three teens were charged with murder Monday night in connection with the slaying of a 12-year-old girl in her Moore County home last week. Authorities arrested Van Roger Smith Jr., 16, and Sherrod Nicholas Harrison, 19, Monday afternoon. After a search, the Moore County Sheriff's Office took Michael Graham Currie, 18, into custody Monday night. All three teens were charged with one count of first-degree murder and one count of breaking and entering. All are from Cameron. Twelve-year-old Emily Elizabeth Haddock was shot to death Friday in her home on Marks Road outside of Vass, authorities said. The girl had stayed home from school with strep throat and was alone. "(She was) very quiet, soft spoken, always had a smile. Smiling Black pleads not guilty to running down a white family in McDonald's parking lot - killing 2-year-old   The black man accused of running down five white family members and killing a 2-year-old girl in the parking lot of a McDonald's restaurant in Covington last May pleaded not guilty. Lanny Perry Barnes, 46, attended the 15-minute arraignment hearing wearing street clothes and no expression on his face. Sitting behind him was Stephanie Casola, the mother who was hit, along with her two sons, niece, and sister, by Barnes' vehicle. Witnesses told police that Barnes struck the family, backed up, smiled, and drove into them again. Casola's niece, Avery King, died of her injuries. Black Sex Offender Charged With Kidnap-Rape-Kill of White 11-year-old Jacksonville Girl In 1996  Fla. -- A Connecticut sex offender will be returned to Florida to face a murder charge after being linked to the decade-old rape and drowning of an 11-year-old girl through a database of DNA from convicted sex offenders. Robert Shelton Mitchell, 43, was being held on a $5 million bond after being arraigned as a fugitive. He will face first-degree murder and capital sexual battery charges in the death of Cherie Morrisette of Jacksonville. The Mandarin Middle School student body was found on Dec. 8, 1996, floating in the St. John's River about 10 miles south of the apartment she shared with her mother and sister. An autopsy determined that Cherie drowned shortly after her disappearance on Dec. 2, 1996, and was alive when she either fell into the river or was thrown in. Police labeled the death suspicious, and authorities found a small DNA sample on her underwear and body. Mitchell lived in nearby Middleburg at the time of the girl's death, police said Thursday.
