UK: Where is Black muslim migrant from Bangladesh that raped woman? Avon and Somerset Police force has admitted waiting three months before appealing for the public's help to trace a suspected rapist. Mohammed Korim, a 27-year-old Bangladeshi, was questioned over an attack on a woman in Banwell, North Somerset, in April. He was bailed until 25 May as police awaited the results of forensic tests, but did not answer his bail. | Ireland: Liberian Asylum seeker convicted of rape - gets only 4 years free room and board before deportation A Donegal based Asylum seeker was yesterday jailed for four years in Derry for Rape. 19 year-old Henry Ojaiko who lives in Donegal Town raped the woman during a student’s party in a house on Argyle Street, Derry on June 16th last year. The court heard Ojaiko was forced to fight as a child soldier in the Liberian war; he was forcibly recruited when he was ten after his parents had been killed. He fled to Ireland two years ago after he had been shot in the leg. O jaiko is now the subject of a deportation order and will be deported from Northern Ireland to the Republic after he completes his sentenced. In handing down the sentence Judge Corinne Philpot said she took Ojaiko's background into consideration stating it was bound to have had an effect on his general view of how people are treated. UK: Illegal African migrant murdered White bobby  The man accused of murdering PC Jon Henry was remanded in custody yesterday. Ikechukwu Tennyson Obih appeared in court charged with stabbing to death the 36-yearold father of one.
The Nigerian, who arrived in the UK in 2000 and was later granted indefinite leave to remain, was handcuffed to a prison guard and flanked by three policemen.
The 27-year-old was also charged with the attempted murders of window cleaners Steven Chamberlain and David Knight. He faces a fourth charge - related to a separate incident on Monday - of armed burglary. Mr Chamberlain, 53, is still in hospital where he is being treated for knife wounds that include a punctured lung. Former Nigerian football player sentenced to 13 years for rape of adopted daughter  France (AFP) - A French court on Friday sentenced a Nigerian former footballer who played for a top French club, Godwin Okpara, to 13 years in prison for the rape of his adopted daughter. Okpara's wife received 15 years for her rape and torture, while his mother-in-law received a five-year sentence for failing to come to the aid of a person in danger. After the verdict, Okpara's wife, Linda, sarcastically turned on their daughter, Tina, saying: "Thanks. Thanks a lot, Tina. Good luck in France." During the four-day trial, Tina, also a Nigerian, now aged 19, described having lived through an ordeal because of her parents, who brought her to France in 2001 at the age of 13.

UK: Black migrant from Ghana "Yaw Obe Frimpong" wanted for rape of 14-year-old girl POLICE investigating the alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl have taken the unusual step of issuing a photograph of a suspect. Yaw Obe Frimpong, 29, has gone missing from his home. He also left work as a security guard and has not been seen in the five weeks since the alleged incident on April 24. The officer heading the case, Det Sgt Hugh Cullen, is urging people to call 999 if they spot Frimpong, who is originally from Ghana. UK: Murdered so he didn't tell * Murder-room man gets cleared of all charges  A MAN has been jailed for life after watching a "psychopathic and homophobic" attack on a father-of-three before strangling him, and hiding his body in a wardrobe, to stop him going to the police. Heavily-built Richard Truszczynski, 26, was jailed on Friday for the "utterly pointless" murder of Russell Aylett, 42, at the Rush Green Road YMCA last March. A MAN charged with brutally murdering a father of three has been found not guilty. Michael Cocks, 27, was alleged to have helped beat Russell Aylett, 43, to death at his temporary bed-sit at Romford YMCA, Rush Green Road, in March last year. The father-of-three's decomposing body was found stuffed in a wardrobe three days later, after staff investigated a smell. A post-mortem revealed he was alive when dumped in the wardrobe. UK: Black rapist jailed after stalking girl A rapist who followed a teenage student off a late night train and subjected her to a "prolonged and violent" sex attack has been jailed. Samuel Jennings, 21, stalked the 18-year-old through the town after spotting her on a train. He grabbed her, beat her and dragged her to a grassy area before telling her "you are going to die tonight". | Oslo rape statistics shock Two out of three charged with rape in Norway's capital are immigrants with a non-western background according to a police study. The number of rape cases is also rising steadily.The study is the first where the crime statistics have been analyzed according to ethnic origin. Of the 111 charged with rape in Oslo last year, 72 were of non-western ethnic origin, 25 are classified as Norwegian or western and 14 are listed as unknown. |

UK: Rape victim speaks of her pain after attacker's sentencing he victim of a rapist who preyed on women leaving Brixton Tube station has spoken of her pain after seeing her attacker jailed. Daniel Wellington from Oakfield Road, Croydon, was sentenced yesterday for one count of rape and two sexual assaults carried out on the same night in January 2006. Moroccan Convicted in Sept. 11 Attacks Germany — A Moroccan convicted as an accessory to murder in the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks vehemently declared his innocence as a court opened his sentencing hearing. Mounir el Motassadeq, a friend of three of the suicide pilots, could receive up to 15 years in prison in the latest chapter of the tangled, five-year legal saga. In November, a federal appeals court ruled that judges in Hamburg had wrongly acquitted el Motassadeq in 2005 of direct involvement in the attacks, even as they sentenced him to seven years in prison for belonging to a terrorist group. UK: Black gets only 14 years free room and board for butchering his white ex-girfriend  A black has been jailed for at least 14 years for murdering his ex-girlfriend and attempting to murder her new boyfriend. Peter Martin knew his relationship with Karen Hartshorne was over but could not accept she was with someone else, Crown Court heard. Miss Hartshorne's throat was cut and she was stabbed six times at her home in Coseley, West Midlands, in February. Martin, 38, later threatened to jump off a bridge. He admitted her murder last month at Wolverhampton Crown Court and earlier this week was convicted of the attempted murder of Ms Hartshorne's new boyfriend Paul Round. Kenyan Preacher Who Claimed Miracle Pregnancies Arrested In London A self styled preacher who claimed to help couples conceive "miracle babies" through prayer has been arrested in London to face kidnapping charges in Kenya. A Nairobi magistrate issued the international arrest warrant for 54 year old Gilbert Deya for his alleged role in a suspected child trafficking ring. Kenyan officials have been investigating allegations that some parents were told their newborns had died after the babies disappeared from a maternity hospital. Deya claimed to help infertile couples conceive "through the power of prayer and the Lord Jesus." But DNA tests showed that 20 of his "miracle babies" had no genetic connection to their supposed mothers. A man who raped a student in her own bedroom after gatecrashing a house party has been jailed for nine years. Anthony Pryde, 23, went into the house in Withington, south Manchester, after stumbling across the gathering. Manchester Crown Court heard that he mingled with about 70 guests before sneaking into a bedroom and attacking the 20-year-old woman. Pryde, of Grosvenor Road in Whalley Range, pleaded guilty to rape at an earlier hearing.

Her assailant, described by police as an "aggressive" man in his mid-20s, believed to be Somalian, drew a knife and forced her into the apartment she shared with several roommates. 
LONDON, England (CNN) -- Six men plotted to carry out a series of "murderous suicide bombings" on London's public transport system, a court has been told. The men were engaged in an "extremist Muslim plot" to target the capital on July 21, 2005, Woolwich Crown Court heard on Monday. The attacks would have happened just 14 days after the "carnage" of the July 7 London bombings, which killed 52 commuters and four bombers, the court heard. The jury was told that the conspiracy "had been in existence long before the events of July 7" and did not appear to be some "hastily arranged copycat," prosecutor Nigel Sweeney told the court. The devices were made using a mix of liquid hydrogen peroxide, chapati flour, acetone and acid, the court heard. Each bomb was placed in a large plastic container in a knapsack and screws, tacks, washers or nuts, were taped to the outside to "maximize the possibility of injury,"
