4 Hurt in Ind. Workplace Shooting by 'Fat Albert' * Mom: Worker in Shooting Teased Over Size   A man shot and wounded four co-workers Thursday morning at a manufacturing business that employs disabled people through Easter Seals, telling police he shot them over respect, police said. Two men and two women were taken to hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. Jason Burnam, 24, was arrested inside the company cafeteria. Burnam indicated to officers that the victims were targeted and when asked why he shot them, he said "it was over respect." Quadruple Killer Put to Death in Okla.    Corey Duane Hamilton was pegged as the triggerman in the 1992 execution-style shooting deaths of four employees at a Lee's Famous Chicken Recipe restaurant in Tulsa. He was convicted in 1993. Of four defendants who were convicted in separate trials, only Hamilton was given a death sentence for the slayings of Stephen Williams, Sendy Lara, Joseph Gooch and Ted Kindley. Co-defendant Donnie Eugene Daniels testified against Hamilton and received five life sentences. Co-defendant William Maxwell Hamilton, who is Corey Hamilton's brother, is serving four no-parole life sentences and one life sentence. Co-defendant Tyrone Lamont Johnson is serving four life sentences.OKLAHOMA CITY -- It's a scene that Tulsa Police Sgt. Mike Huff won't forget, even after 14 years: Three bodies on the floor of a restaurant freezer, each shot in the head. Corn-rowed Negro sentenced to 55 years shooting death of White   Keith A. Lee didn't have to bring the gun to the 12th Avenue apartment. He didn't have to make threats and he didn't have to pull the trigger. But Lee did, said the judge who handed down a sentence that means the murderer will be 79 years old before he is released from prison. Both have been arrested and charged with armed robbery, kidnapping, burglary and aggravated assault. All of these charges are in connection to the beating of Pastor Ralph Davis at his Springfield gospel radio station. DNA leads to arrest of evil black rape-killer of White girl in 1990 case * Arrest made in 1990 murder   The Sheriff announced that a black was arrested in San Bernadino, Calif. and will be charged with first-degree murder in a 16-year-old case. 39-year-old Herman Frazier was arrested in connection with March 1990 murder of Tammy Laine Bowers, then a 18-year-old Dutchtown resident. Bowers was kidnapped while using a pay phone at a local convenience store the night of March 7, 1990. Customers and friends say that when the 60-year-old owner of John’s Food Mart was shot to death behind the counter Wednesday night, Baton Rouge lost a man known for his generosity to the poor. Black Racist "Boom Box" Suspect Sought In Trolley Hate Crime Attack on White  San Diego police need your help to catch a suspect in a hate crime that happened on a trolley at night. The suspect is an African-American man between 5 feet 10 and six feet two. His hair was in braids, and carrying a boom box. Police say he got on the trolley and made racially-motivated remarks to a white man and physically attacked him. The man continued to make the remarks while pacing back and forth on the trolley and turning up the volume on a boom box. At the Euclid Ave stop, the black punched the white man in the head, knocking him down. UK: Black gets only 14 years free room and board for butchering his white ex-girfriend  A black has been jailed for at least 14 years for murdering his ex-girlfriend and attempting to murder her new boyfriend. Peter Martin knew his relationship with Karen Hartshorne was over but could not accept she was with someone else, Crown Court heard. Miss Hartshorne's throat was cut and she was stabbed six times at her home in Coseley, West Midlands, in February. Martin, 38, later threatened to jump off a bridge. He admitted her murder last month at Wolverhampton Crown Court and earlier this week was convicted of the attempted murder of Ms Hartshorne's new boyfriend Paul Round. White bouncer described his black killer before dying * Bouncer killed during fight at Blaine bar  As he lay on the floor bleeding, investigators say Greg Klaers, a 24-year-old bouncer at a sports bar in Blaine, gave a denoscription to police and others of the man who had just stabbed him. "He was clutching his abdomen and he was telling bar personnel and an officer that responded that it was a guy in an orange shirt." Klaers was stabbed during a series of large fights at the Time Out bar and restaurant shortly before closing time, early Friday morning. He was taken to a hospital and died a few hours later. Upon hearing Klaers' dying declaration, officers and bar personnel looked around the bar and noticed a man in an orange shirt quickly leaving. Behind the bar, police arrested 34-year-old Malachi Andrews. Investigators say, at the time of his arrest, Andrews had an orange shirt in his hand. A few feet away, investigators found what they believe to be the murder weapon. "[Police] followed [the suspect's] footprints and they found, near a light pole a knife which appeared to have just been set on the fresh snow, next to the light pole," said Kish. Tuesday morning, Anoka County prosecutors charged Andrews with second-degree murder. They also charged two other men, Charles Gregory Andrews and Johnny Royce Hunter of Hopkins with second-degree assault for allegedly hitting others over the head with bottles during the bar fight. Black demon suspect in white teen's rape, death arraigned  The man accused of raping and killing a 16-year-old Sparks high school student was in court to enter a plea in a different case on separate charges: that he raped a University of Nevada, Reno student two weeks before the slaying. Tamir Hamilton, 28, stood silent during his arraignment on the burglary and sexual assault charges, so Judge Connie Steinheimer entered a not guilty plea for him. Hamilton is being held in the Washoe County Jail without bail. Holly Jean Quick, a High School sophomore, was found dead in her bedroom by her mother early in the morning of Sept. 15. She had been sexually assaulted. Hamilton, an acquaintance of the Quick family, was arrested on suspicion following a tip to police. In an interview with police, Hamilton said he had been drunk and was on cocaine the night before Quick was found dead and had visited Quick at her apartment. He said he could only remember talking with Quick on her bed. Hamilton also was indicted by a Washoe County grand jury on burglary and sexual assault charges for allegedly attacking a 20-year-old UNR student Aug. 31. 4 Men Charged In Quadruple Shooting  KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Clay County prosecutors charged four men in connection with a quadruple shooting earlier this week in a home. Prosecutors charged Prentiss R. Fulton, Jr., 25, Lark E. Gardner Jr., 23, and Kelly L. Yow, 30, with first-degree robbery and two counts of second-degree murder. A fourth man, Dennis D. Jones, 25, was charged with first-degree robbery. The shooting occurred Monday when the four suspects went to a house with the intent of committing a robbery. Jones later told police he waited in the getaway car with Yow while Fulton and Gardner went into the home. White said he didn't know what prompted the suspects to shoot the four people -- three of them in the head. Patrick J. Hooten, 22, was dead when emergency workers arrived, and Angela Windle, 18, died later at a hospital. Two other victims remained hospitalized Friday. Later in the getaway vehicle, White said Gardner was shot in the face and described Gardner's condition as "not good." Police hope video and reward will help catch black killer of White 'good Samaritan'   There are possible new clues that could help catch a killer. Humble police release surveillance video, which will hopefully lead them to the person who murdered a hero. That hero, Steven Jackson, is a former volunteer firefighter. He was gunned down earlier this month while trying to stop a robbery. Police are plastering wanted posters all over town. They believe the man they're looking for committed a total of six robberies at two different Shell stations since September and then killed Jackson.
Surveillance video from one of the robberies was released on Tuesday. It happened at a Shell station on 2920 in Spring back in November. In the video, the man walks into the store, concealing his gun with a newspaper. He then confronted the clerk and demanded cash. He got away with two sacks of money.
Police believe it is just that type of robbery that Jackson stumbled upon when he was driving home earlier this month. Camden Police Search For Suspect In Officer's Shooting - his Mother fingered him   A Camden City police officer was shot Friday after responding to a call of a man with a gun on Bailey Street, police said. The 34-year-old officer was listed in good condition and expected to make a full recovery. Meanwhile, a woman came forward after the shooting and told police the alleged gunman was her son. Investigators later identified Ahmad Cherry, 22, as a suspect in the shooting and said they were searching for him. The shooting occurred after a 5:27 p.m. call of a man with a gun near a vacant lot. Officers responding to the call spotted the man as he ducked into an alley behind nearby homes. "Our officers continued pursuit and were ambushed, actually, in the alleyway," said Arturo Venegas of the police department. The gunman turned and allegedly fired five to eight shots. Police said they did not return fire. Officer Dan Vaultier was struck in both legs, police said, but Venegas said doctors called it "a clean shot through -- no vein or bone damage. Within minutes, police launched a massive search for the gunman who got away. Capt. Joseph F. Black killer of White debutante flips off judge at sentencing  SAVANNAH, Georgia (Court TV) -- An unrepentant black man gave the middle finger to a judge who sentenced him to life in prison plus 40 years for the shooting death of a Savannah debutante during a botched robbery. Michael Thorpe, 26, gestured and shouted "F--- democracy!" as deputies led him Saturday from the courtroom where Chatham County Superior Court Judge Penny Haas Freeseman sentenced him for shooting Jennifer Ross on Christmas Eve 2005. Ross, a 19-year-old Mercer University student who had attended her debutante ball earlier that evening, died on the operating table one week later from a sudden ruptured artery. DNA links evil Negro to rape and murder of 18-year-old White woman   Almost 16 years ago, a worker clearing ice from Highway W found the partly clothed body of 18-year-old Stephanie Hogland facedown in a ditch. She had been bludgeoned to death. Investigators announced an arrest in the case — saying it is the oldest case matched by DNA in the state lab. Michael Edward Dowell, 44, was charged Friday with first-degree murder, armed criminal action and forcible rape. He had submitted a DNA sample on Oct. 30 as part of his probation for an unrelated assault case in St. Louis. On Nov. 30, the Missouri Highway Patrol's crime lab reported it had a match. Black cutthroat murders white alleged ex-girlfriend  PEORIA -- The man accused of slashing the throat of a Peoria woman faces first-degree murder charges. Police say 38-year-old Victor Russell slashed his former girlfriend, Carla Spires, multiple times.

Smiling Black pleads not guilty to running down a white family in McDonald's parking lot - killing 2-year-old   The black man accused of running down five white family members and killing a 2-year-old girl in the parking lot of a McDonald's restaurant in Covington last May pleaded not guilty. Lanny Perry Barnes, 46, attended the 15-minute arraignment hearing wearing street clothes and no expression on his face. Sitting behind him was Stephanie Casola, the mother who was hit, along with her two sons, niece, and sister, by Barnes' vehicle. Witnesses told police that Barnes struck the family, backed up, smiled, and drove into them again. Casola's niece, Avery King, died of her injuries. Skull Found in creek ID'd as 5-year-old White girl Emily Rimel - kidnaped, raped and murdered by black   A skull found in a creek earlier this week has been identified as that of a five-year-old columbus-area girl who disappeared a year and a-half ago. Investigators have identified the remains of Emily Rimel through DNA. Emily was last seen at her home early in the morning on December 7th, 2004. Two people fishing found the skull on Tuesday. The Coroner ays there was trauma to the skull. With confirmation that the remains are those of Emily Rimel, the prosecutor's office can move ahead with plans to seek murder charges against the main suspect. Lindsay Bruce, is serving a 10-year sentence after he was convicted of kidnapping Rimel in December 2004. At the time, Bruce was not charged with murder. While Ohio law does not require the presence of a corpse to charge someone in a homicide, doing so without a body does raise the chances that a jury could acquit. O'Brien says this could easily become a death penalty case based on several factors, including Rimel's age. Over the next few weeks, reports will be written state crime lab investigators and the county coroner's office. Dark Demon Sex Offender Charged With Kidnap-Rape-Kill of White 11-year-old Jacksonville Girl In 1996  Fla. -- A Connecticut sex offender will be returned to Florida to face a murder charge after being linked to the decade-old rape and drowning of an 11-year-old girl through a database of DNA from convicted sex offenders. Robert Shelton Mitchell, 43, was being held on a $5 million bond after being arraigned as a fugitive. He will face first-degree murder and capital sexual battery charges in the death of Cherie Morrisette of Jacksonville. The Mandarin Middle School student body was found on Dec. 8, 1996, floating in the St. John's River about 10 miles south of the apartment she shared with her mother and sister. An autopsy determined that Cherie drowned shortly after her disappearance on Dec. 2, 1996, and was alive when she either fell into the river or was thrown in. Police labeled the death suspicious, and authorities found a small DNA sample on her underwear and body. Mitchell lived in nearby Middleburg at the time of the girl's death, police said Thursday. Mitchell later moved to Connecticut and was convicted in January 2003 of illegal sexual contact with another child.

Accused Black Killer of White Boy "Not Competent To Stand Trial"  A judge in Alexandria ruled that Gregory Murphy was still not competent to stand trial for allegedly killing 8-year-old Kevin Shifflet in 2000.
