"Crazy" Negro threatened to kill a police officer - made bad on his threat - White officer gunned down   For the first time in 59 years, a Cleveland Heights Police Officer has been killed in the line of duty. 31-year-old Jason West, was a 7 year veteran of the department. Friday night, Officer West and two other officers were called to a home where a heated argument from a party going on inside had spilled into the street. "Officer West started to get out of his cruiser, when the suspect started firing at him. First from inside his own car, and then he got out of the car. From a distance of 5 or 6 feet, the suspect fired several more shots at the officer." Cleveland Heights Police say 27 year old Timothy Urshon Halton Jr is the chief suspect in the case. Halton took off running from the scene and ran through a couple of backyards. Officers say when he reached a house on Beechwood Blvd, he kicked in a rear door and attempted to hide. Police Arrest Negro In Home Invasion Case * Family Grieves White Mother Of 3 Shot To Death   Police arrested the man they were interested in questioning in regard to a home invasion shooting that left a woman clinging to life and her daughter hospitalized Monday morning 40-year-old Dorothy Jean McReynolds and her 19-year-old daughter, Kelly Brooks, were both shot by a gunman dressed in black while inside of their home on the 1900 block of Coolidge Street. Police said the women may have been targeted by the gunman and detectives are currently trying to determine the identity of the suspect, but they did say Billy James Lewis was a person of interest they wanted to talk to about this shooting. According to police, McReynolds was scheduled to testify in an armed robbery case against Lewis this week. Tuesday night, police announced his arrest and charged him with violation of pre-trial release.Instead of celebrating Mother's Day on Sunday, a South Florida family prepared to bury a mother of three who was shot and killed last Monday, one hour before she was scheduled to testify in an armed robbery case. The memory of 40-year-old Dorothy Jean McReynolds is all that's left for her three children and her husband. "I want my wife to be remembered for the strong person that she was," said Ken McReynolds, the victim's husband. "To me this has been a complete and utter shock."Dorothy McReynold's 19-year-old daughter, Kelly Burke was asleep on the couch during the shooting. She woke up to the commotion and was shot in the leg. Burke survived the attack. During the shooting, Dorothy's 8-month-old granddaughter was sleeping in a playpen nearby but was not hurt. Woman beaten and gang-raped in home invasion - one black in custody Memphis Police have charged a man in connection to the Friday home invasion, robbery, and sexual assault of a woman and her son in the Chickasaw Gardens neighborhood. According to investigators, Marchello Hurst, 24, and another suspect broke into a home in the 300 block of Goodwyn just before 3:00 p.m. Friday. Once inside, the suspects pointed a gun at the woman and her son, demanding money and jewelry. Police identify negro teen suspected in rape, beating of 81-year-old woman A 16-year-old neighborhood boy is the suspect in the beating and rape of an 81-year-old widow who was the victim of an apparently random attack at her home over the weekend, Shreveport police said today. Detectives this afternoon obtained a court order to arrest Calvin "C.J." Breakfield of Bienville Street on aggravated rape charges. He is expected to be prosecuted in Caddo District Court, where the penalty could be far tougher than allowed in juvenile court. He forced his way into the house and then began beating the woman and dragging her through the house before raping her. Ubiles of Niagara Falls — are on trial in Niagara County Court, charged with raping the girl in Woods’ home. The girl is white. Negro teen charged with rape in series of break-ins Police said that a jailed teenager has been charged with rape, kidnapping and other charges connected to a string of burglaries and assaults. Darrian Dewayne Bryant, 17, was arrested in on seven counts of burglary in connection with break-ins in his neighborhood. Police charged him with rape, kidnapping, aggravated battery, child molestation, two counts of battery and four additional counts of burglary. The rape of a 15-year-old Parkview High School student during a break-in outraged the community. New Castle negro charged in rape of 6-year-old girl A 20-year-old New Castle-area man was arrested on charges he sexually assaulted a 6-year-old girl two years ago, police reported today. New Castle County police charged Oshane “Brian” Hinds, of the 400 block of Anderson Drive in the Dunleith community, on four counts of second-degree rape, and unlawful imprisonment. the victim told investigators that the acts occurred two years ago when Hinds “forced her to lay down, took off her clothes and got on top of her,” police said in court records.

Rock Hill High Wrestling Coach Charged With Sex Crimes ROCK HILL, S.C. -- A high school wrestling coach in South Carolina has been accused of raping two female students at the school, authorities said Thursday. Ira Bernard Durham, 36, was accused of raping the girls in two separate incidents within the last two months, said York County sheriff's Capt. Jerry Hoffman. Durham is being held without bail at the York County jail. White woman cheated out of testifying against rapist negro  The victim of an attempted rape in Orlando said she may never get justice. Dawn McLeod said prosecutors cost her a chance to testify against her accused attacker, and the case had to be dropped. McLeod said she got too little notice when it was time for her to come to testify. She said she only got a phone call a few hours before trial. She didn't make it, so her case was dropped. "I wanted to stand up and face him," she said. After a jury convicted Carlos Rhynes of three other rapes in Brevard County, he was set to go on trial again Monday for breaking into McLeod's house near Pine Hills in 1998 and attacking her. She knew facing Rhynes wouldn't be easy, but she was ready. “I did it once at his bond hearing. Black arrested for mugging of 101-year-old White woman  NEW YORK - Police arrested a man Friday in the the mugging last month of a 101-year-old woman with a walker. Jack Rhodes, 44, was arrested on charges of robbery, grand larceny, burglary and assault, police said. He was also accused of robbing an 85-year-old woman the same day, police said. Police began questioning Rhodes after noticing he matched a photo of a person wanted for questioning in robberies of women. He was initially held on a charge of possession of a crack pipe.
Among the robbery victims was 101-year-old Rose Morat, whose holdup was captured on a surveillance tape that outraged New Yorkers.

Black kills White man "over Swastika tattoo" * "Racial Remarks Led To Killing" The man police suspect of killing a 19-year-old man at a party at a Mayport apartment last week was arrested. Benjamin Lee Washington, 23, was captured after Glynn County police received a tip that a person matching his denoscription was in the vicinity. An investigator found Washington and arrested him without incident. Washington was booked into the Glynn County jail. Washington, 24, is accused of murder in the death of 19-year-old Chad Henderson during a party. Negro Accused Of Campus Rape Confesses To Other Crimes COLUMBUS, Ohio -- A man accused of raping and robbing a woman earlier this month confessed to a series of other crimes while in custody, police said. Anthony Slaughter confessed to a rape and a series of robberies near the Ohio State University campus. On April 7 Slaughter allegedly abducted a 19-year-old OSU student on 11th Avenue near campus and forced her to withdraw $200 from an ATM before raping her at knifepoint. Black 'youth' accused of raping two women - one pregnant - one in wheelchair  A man accused of raping two women in Dublin says he didn't do it. James Clark continued to assert his innocence while leaving court. One victim was pregnant at the time of the attack and she identified Clark as the intruder who broke into their apartment. Black Boyfriend Pleads Not Guilty To Killing Young Brothers, Raping Their Sister * Bond Denied  A man who told police he was "disciplining" his girlfriend's sons over chores pleaded not guilty to fatally stabbing the boys and sexually assaulting their 13-year-old sister. The bodies of the boys, ages 12 and 14, were found at their home around the time their mother was arriving home from her job. They had been stabbed repeatedly with a steak knife. An airman killed a U.S. servicewoman at a base in Iceland because she was going to testify against him in another case, prosecutors said at the start of his court-martial Wednesday. Defense attorneys countered that military investigators rushed to pin the slaying on Airman Calvin Eugene Hill without considering another man with a strong motive. Hill, 21, of Warren, Ohio, has been charged with murder in the death of Airman First Class Ashley Turner. He could face the death penalty if convicted. Turner, 20, of Frederick, Md., was found beaten and stabbed in a dormitory lounge at the Naval Air Station in Keflavik, Iceland, on Aug. 14, 2005. She was to testify against Hill in a court-martial on larceny charges that month. Negro Necrophilia alleged in College Park strangulation * Murdered Woman Found In Bathtub A College Park man charged with strangling his neighbor to death is now being accused of having sex with the woman before and after her death. The Clayton County grand jury on Wednesday indicted Leroy Mitchell Knox, 21, on the rare charge of necrophilia. He also was indicted for rape, aggravated sodomy and murder. Last Sept. 25, Knox returned to his apartment complex looking for his girlfriend after spending several months in the county jail on domestic violence charges, Clayton County police said. While in jail, Knox had been evicted and his girlfriend moved from the apartment complex. Police said they think an enraged Knox went to the apartment of neighbor Kimberly Lashara Jacobs, 26, where he’d gone before to use the telephone. Police believe Jacobs and Knox argued and then he attacked her. The indictment alleges that Knox had anal sex with Jacobs after she was dead. In finding Hill guilty of an enhancement of having intended to kill a police officer, the jury of five men and seven women made him eligible for life in prison without parole. Woman Raped; Police Search For Black Suspect ATLANTA -- Police are looking for a rape suspect who kidnapped a woman at knife-point. The abduction took place in southeast Decatur in the Waters Run neighborhood back in January. Officials say they fear the suspect could strike again. Authorities say a 33-year-old woman was attacked as she left a relative’s home at 3 a.m. Police say they believe the suspect was cruising neighborhoods in the area before carrying out the well-planned rape. The victim says the man approached her and talked with her before producing a knife and forcing her into his vehicle. She then experienced hours of abuse in the rapist’s car. Police are looking for a black male, 25-30-years-old, five foot eight to five foot nine. He has a photo tattoo on his left bicep. Beaufort Police Searching for Black Faggot Attempted Homosexual Rape of Two Male Students  Beaufort Police are looking for a man they say tried to homosexually assault one male student and another man on a school campus. The Technical College of the Low Country campus in Beaufort is typically a quiet place. "The victim was sitting inside the student lounge at TCL, a black male walked up to him with a knife."

Smiling Black pleads not guilty to running down a white family in McDonald's parking lot - killing 2-year-old   The black man accused of running down five white family members and killing a 2-year-old girl in the parking lot of a McDonald's restaurant in Covington last May pleaded not guilty. Lanny Perry Barnes, 46, attended the 15-minute arraignment hearing wearing street clothes and no expression on his face. Sitting behind him was Stephanie Casola, the mother who was hit, along with her two sons, niece, and sister, by Barnes' vehicle. Witnesses told police that Barnes struck the family, backed up, smiled, and drove into them again. Casola's niece, Avery King, died of her injuries. Black Sex Offender Charged With Kidnap-Rape-Kill of White 11-year-old Jacksonville Girl In 1996  Fla. -- A Connecticut sex offender will be returned to Florida to face a murder charge after being linked to the decade-old rape and drowning of an 11-year-old girl through a database of DNA from convicted sex offenders. Robert Shelton Mitchell, 43, was being held on a $5 million bond after being arraigned as a fugitive. He will face first-degree murder and capital sexual battery charges in the death of Cherie Morrisette of Jacksonville. The Mandarin Middle School student body was found on Dec. 8, 1996, floating in the St. John's River about 10 miles south of the apartment she shared with her mother and sister. An autopsy determined that Cherie drowned shortly after her disappearance on Dec. 2, 1996, and was alive when she either fell into the river or was thrown in. Police labeled the death suspicious, and authorities found a small DNA sample on her underwear and body. Mitchell lived in nearby Middleburg at the time of the girl's death, police said Thursday. Mitchell later moved to Connecticut and was convicted in January 2003 of illegal sexual contact with another child. - (Black-on-White) |
