Missing White 73-year-old man's body found - granddaughter's black boyfriend charged with murder  The disappearance of local resident Louis Berger Jr., came to a tragic resolution Friday as authorities revealed that his body was located and that his granddaughter’s black boyfriend was charged with his murder. Richard H. Still, 24, of Delanco was arrested Friday morning on a first-degree murder charge following the discovery of Berger’s body the previous night in a shallow grave behind a home on Hartford Road in Mount Laurel. He is being held in Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly on $1 million bail and is due to appear in Superior Court later this afternoon for a first appearance. Black confessed to beating and killing of elderly White man McNamara, 76, with a bat  A judge has set a bond of $1 million on a suspect charged with capital murder in the death of insurance company owner Mickey McNamara in Orange. Joseph Edward Roberts Jr., 21, was arraigned Sunday in the Orange County Jail and bond was set at that time. Police say Roberts has confessed to beating and killing McNamara, 76, with a bat, and using a bat to injure his niece, Joyce Cross, during a robbery Wednesday, April 21, at McNamara Insurance. Black Sentenced To Life: 'He Took The Entire Town Hostage' - (including elderly White couple)   The man who went on crime spree through Leesburg last July, eventually holding two families hostage, will likely never see the outside of a prison cell after Circuit Court Judge Burke McCahill today sentenced him to two life sentences plus 58 years for his crimes. William Spencer was charged with two counts of robbery; one count of attempted robbery; three counts of abduction; one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; and three counts of the use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

A wrong-way driver killed Meadows and injured her friend on Interstate 5 in March 2005. Ngere Omari was sentenced to 6 years for vehicular homicide and assault. On Tuesday, Omari was released from prison, to the outrage of Meadows' family. King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg announced that his office will not seek Isaiah Kalebu's execution because of the man's history of mental illness. 15-year-old girl raped by two blacks - 14-year-old white girl likely also rape victim   An exhaustive search for a missing 14-year-old girl ended today when Selena Leroux Riggins walked into the Eastern Michigan University Department of Public Safety and said, “Here I am,” police say. Two black men, Wayne William Rankin and Woodrow Roosevelt Williams II, believed to be with Riggins for part of the week have been arrested. One was criminally charged today, and the other is jailed pending charges. Police say Riggins and a 15-year-old friend met two 25-year-old men on an Ann Arbor Transportation Authority bus earlier in the week. Black Sentenced in Brutal 1996 Rape; Trial for 1999 Murder of White Co-ed to Follow  A man who was found guilty in the brutal rape of a University of Utah student in 1996 was sentenced Friday. Donald Eugene Younge, 43, was sentenced to two terms of 15 years to life which will run consecutively. The victim has attacked in a dark alley in November of that year. She never got a good look at Younge's face, but there was DNA evidence. Christine Ortega, a Special Victims Unit Prosecutor, said the rape was the most brutal one she had ever seen in her career. "The community has this vision of what a rape is. This is exactly what it was. It was a stranger in a dark alley, but it became so much more violent," Ortega said. The DNA evidence collected in 1996 has also been connected to the 1999 murder of Amy Quinton, another University of Utah co-ed. Black charged with rape, murder of White woman, 84  A Los Angeles man could face the death penalty if convicted of raping and murdering an 84-year-old Anaheim woman Sunday, prosecutors said today. Anthony Darnell Wade, 25, is charged with one felony count of special circumstances murder and one felony count of elder abuse. The special circumstances alleged, which include murder during the commission of rape, torture, robbery and burglary, make Wade eligible for the death penalty if convicted. Wade is accused of raping Bessie Mae Whiman, (aka Betsy Whiman) tying her up by her hands and feet, and punching and kicking her. Black who murdered White security guard at Las Vegas courthouse had lengthy criminal history  Johnny Lee Wicks, who killed Stanley Cooper, 72, a court security officer and wounded another at a federal courthouse, was convicted of his brother's murder in the 1970s. Wicks had an extensive criminal history, including a conviction for the murder of his brother in the 1970s, authorities said Tuesday.
These and other details emerging about the life of the gunman, Johnny L. Wicks, paint a portrait of an angry, often violent man who more than once claimed that he had been persecuted because of his race. In 1976, he was sentenced to 12 to 15 years in prison after being convicted of second-degree murder in his brother's slaying in Memphis. Wicks was paroled in 1981.
In 1995 he pleaded no contest and served jail time for spousal abuse in Sacramento. A year later, he faced robbery charges, which were later dismissed.

Black renter viciously assaulted 86-year-old White grandmother  The Salt Lake County Sheriff's office hopes the public can help track down a man who is suspected of assaulting his 86-year-old landlady in her Brickyard area home early Friday morning. Ann Smart-Pearce was in surgery Friday afternoon at St. Mark's Hospital in "extremely critical condition," said Sheriff's Office Lt. Don Hutson. Two other tenants were checking out a scuffle in the home just before 6 a.m., said Hutson, when they allegedly saw Arthel Martin assaulting the victim. They said they tried to prevent him from leaving the house, but Martin, 45, got into his dark green Hyundai Sonata with license plate Z216MN and fled from the home. He is 6 feet tall, 200 pounds and has an athletic build. "He is not a person of interest," Hutson said. "He is a suspect." White Salvation Army Major Murdered in front of his children by two black men LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- A Christmas Eve tragedy shocked an entire community as a Salvation Army major was shot in cold blood right in front of his own children. Maj. Philip Wise, 40, was taking two bell ringers home and then returned with his three small children to the Salvation Army. Wise was walking in the back door when the armed robbers approached him and demanded money. The suspects shot him at least once as his kids, ages 4, 6 and 8, watched the shooting after Wise called 911. The suspects were attempting to rob him in the process. Black Afro-american Negro slaughter's his pregnant white girlfriend  Oklahoma – Midwest City police have identified the 24-year-old woman killed by her fiancé early Monday morning in their apartment. Stacey L. Beesley was found dead in an apartment after her fiancé Eric Knox told police he had killed her. Beesley was the assistant apartment manager for Willow Creek Apartments and had been living with Knox since July of this year. Knox was arrested on two counts of first-degree murder because Beesley was 5 months pregnant. He is being held at the Midwest City Police Department pending transfer to Oklahoma County jail. Knox was arrested early Monday morning. Officers found him wandering outside his apartment complex, half dressed and covered in blood. He told police, "I just murdered someone. White couple Shot To Death By Negroes For Witnessing A Murder    BATON ROUGE, LA - Police had made an arrest in connection with a double murder hours before the suspected triggerman was charged in the case. A week ago, Dustin and Beth Duncan were found shot to death. Cedric Kelly, 27, has been arrested and charged with two counts of principal to first-degree murder. Police say he's the man who ordered the hit on the Duncans. "But he was down there and Cedric Kelly had found out that Dustin was a witness on a previous drug case that was pending against him," said L'Jean McNeally with Baton Rouge police. Family of White man murdered by black seeking answers As Omaha police continue to look for an Omaha man's killer, John Gerber's family is pouring out their hearts. "He usually walked to work and walked home," says his sister–in–law Faith Clark. The 40–year–old never made the snowy trek home. Omaha police say a (black) man walked into a gas station and killed Gerber. "He was so ecstatic when he got hired," says Clark. Gerber's family says the father of five had only been in Omaha for a couple of years, and had only worked as a convenience stork clerk for a week or two. His sister Carla Carvitto says the job was part of an effort to turn his life around, especially since his kids were coming to visit for Christmas. The family says they can't understand how something so wrong could happen to someone so good. "He wasn't the type to confront anybody or argue with anybody," says Clark. Two blacks - one transvestite arrested for carjacking White daughter of Senator Corker  One of the men arrested in the carjacking of a senator's daughter was dressed in women's clothes, according to charging documents. After 9 p.m. Wednesday, Julia Corker, 22, was driving a black Chevrolet Tahoe owner by her father, Sen. Robert Corker, R-Tenn., when she was carjacked by two men just a couple of blocks from the Verizon Center, not too far from the Capitol. The victim was driving back to the apartment she shares with her father when someone knocked on the window at Seventh and D streets, where she was stopped at a traffic light. When she rolled down the window, she was dragged out of the vehicle. Within minutes, the senator, D.C. police and Capitol Police were by the victim's side. Even the FBI got involved. Apparently, the suspects drove to a Taco Bell across the street from a Seat Pleasant, Md., police station, where officers spotted the Tahoe just after 10:30 p.m. The driver, 25-year-old Steven Alston, of Northeast, and the passenger, 22-year-old Dewalden Connors, were taken into custody without incident. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |

Police search for black who murdered White man walking his dog with daughter Residents of a quiet Hayward neighborhood had hoped the Thanksgiving holiday would not pass without the arrest of the gunman who took the life of Thomas Cunningham. An American flag waves in the Cunningham front yard over an idle barbecue. The 38-year-old was shot to death just two blocks away while he and his daughter Chelsea, 13, went out for ice cream.
Police believe Cunningham’s dog—walking off leash—sniffed at the shooter moments prior to the gun shots that took his life, a shooting neighbor Chuck Rogers said was “totally uncalled for.” If a person was scared of an animal like that, they could have shot the animal instead of the person,” he said.
Rogers and other neighbors said Cunningham’s dogs are not aggressive.

Two blacks beat White student to death - 'not racially motivated'   A student at Kent State University who was severely beaten last week has died at an Ohio hospital. Christopher Kernich, 23, of Fairborn died Saturday at Akron City Hospital. Police said three males in a car nearly drove into a group of students on Nov. 15 and began assaulting them. Two other students were assaulted but Kernich was the only one seriously injured. Black serial killer wants confession thrown out - raped and murdered 13-yr-old White girl  A 19 year old Anthony Kirkland was first convicted in the 1987 beating death of his then girlfriend that he also set on fire. Kirkland served 16 years of a 25 year sentence. He was paroled in 2003, and left unsupervised after 13 months of probation.
Kirland was sent back to prison in 2007 for trying to have sex with a 13 year old, he was out and living at the now notorious Pogue Center in a years time, this time he was also a convicted sex offender.
From the time he was first paroled in 2003 to the arrest in the rape and murder of Esme Kenney; Kirkland is accused of rape, assault, and multiple counts of murder. Black boyfriend bashes little 11-month-old White boy to death   KOKOMO, Ind. -- The boyfriend of a Kokomo woman whose 11-month-old son died from a blow to the head was arrested Wednesday in the boy's death. Derrick A. Fox, 28, took Malaki Lindley to a Kokomo hospital early Sunday unconscious and unresponsive, said Kokomo police Lt. Don Whitehead. An autopsy later determined that the boy had died from blunt force trauma to the head. Fox was taken into custody on Wednesday and preliminarily charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in death, Whitehead said. Black murders two little White girls 4 and 5 years old - flees from scene   The man accused of killing two young girls on Friday is now behind bars after police worked through the night to make an arrest. A four and five year old and one of their mothers were walking near the University of Louisville when they were struck by a car and left for dead. It took police less than three hours to track down the man they say was behind the wheel when a car struck 4-year-old Riley Lawrence and 5-year-old Claudia Wadlington, killing them, and injuring one of the victim’s mothers. Negro sentenced to death for slaughter of White 10-year-old girl and her family   A Tulsa man who was convicted last month of three murders in Owassowas formally sentenced to three death sentences. The Judge set an execution date for Clarence Goode Jr. Jurors found Goode, 31, guilty of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of Kayla Burchett, 10, a Collinsville fifth-grader; her mother, Tara Burchett-Thompson, 25; and the slain woman's husband, Mitch Thompson, 28. Their bodies were found Aug. 26, 2005, at the couple's home. The jury imposed a death sentence on each murder count, and Goode received a concurrent 20-year term for first-degree burglary. He has maintained that he is innocent. Co-defendant Kenneth D. Johnson faces a Feb. 19 trial on the same charges. Black Juvenile Serial Killer Remains in Prison   WARWICK, R.I. - They called him Iron Man, a hulking teenage football player with a baby face and winsome smile who lived with his parents in a small ranch house in the Buttonwoods section of town. Then, one summer night in 1987, Craig Price crept across his neighbor's yard, broke into a little brown house on Inez Avenue and stabbed Rebecca Spencer 58 times. She was a 27-year-old mother of two. He was 13. Two years passed before Price struck again. Joan Heaton, 39, was butchered with the kitchen knives she had bought earlier that day. The bodies of her daughters, Jennifer 10, and Melissa 8, were found in pools of blood, pieces of knives broken off in their bones; Jennifer had been stabbed 62 times. Buttonwoods was paralyzed. Three black afro-negroid teens murder 12-year-old White girl in home invasion     Three teens were charged with murder Monday night in connection with the slaying of a 12-year-old girl in her Moore County home last week. Authorities arrested Van Roger Smith Jr., 16, and Sherrod Nicholas Harrison, 19, Monday afternoon. After a search, the Moore County Sheriff's Office took Michael Graham Currie, 18, into custody Monday night. All three teens were charged with one count of first-degree murder and one count of breaking and entering. All are from Cameron. Twelve-year-old Emily Elizabeth Haddock was shot to death Friday in her home on Marks Road outside of Vass, authorities said. The girl had stayed home from school with strep throat and was alone. Smiling Black pleads not guilty to running down a white family in McDonald's parking lot - killing 2-year-old   The black man accused of running down five white family members and killing a 2-year-old girl in the parking lot of a McDonald's restaurant in Covington last May pleaded not guilty. Lanny Perry Barnes, 46, attended the 15-minute arraignment hearing wearing street clothes and no expression on his face. Sitting behind him was Stephanie Casola, the mother who was hit, along with her two sons, niece, and sister, by Barnes' vehicle. Witnesses told police that Barnes struck the family, backed up, smiled, and drove into them again. Casola's niece, Avery King, died of her injuries. Dark Demon Sex Offender Charged With Kidnap-Rape-Kill of White 11-year-old Jacksonville Girl In 1996  Fla. -- A Connecticut sex offender will be returned to Florida to face a murder charge after being linked to the decade-old rape and drowning of an 11-year-old girl through a database of DNA from convicted sex offenders. Robert Shelton Mitchell, 43, was being held on a $5 million bond after being arraigned as a fugitive. He will face first-degree murder and capital sexual battery charges in the death of Cherie Morrisette of Jacksonville. The Mandarin Middle School student body was found on Dec. 8, 1996, floating in the St. John's River about 10 miles south of the apartment she shared with her mother and sister. An autopsy determined that Cherie drowned shortly after her disappearance on Dec. 2, 1996, and was alive when she either fell into the river or was thrown in. Police labeled the death suspicious, and authorities found a small DNA sample on her underwear and body. Mitchell lived in nearby Middleburg at the time of the girl's death, police said Thursday. Mitchell later moved to Connecticut and was convicted in January 2003 of illegal sexual contact with another child.

Mississippi police have a 22-year-old Black man in custody for the death of a prominent white supremacist that was found stabbed, beaten and set on fire. Vincent McGee of Rankin County, Mississippi is in police custody for the death of lawyer 
The Rankin County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year-old Michael Dent, 38-year-old Vickie Dent and 42-year-old Alfred Lewis this morning, Sheriff Ronnie Pennington said. The Dents are booked on charges of being accessories after the fact and arson; Lewis, who is murder suspect Vincent McGee's stepfather, is charged with accessory after the fact. The man suspected of gunning down four police officers in a suburban coffee shop was shot and killed by a lone Seattle patrol officer investigating a stolen car early Tuesday, a sheriff's spokesman said. Four other people were arrested for allegedly helping the suspect elude authorities during a massive two-day manhunt. Maurice Clemmons was carrying a handgun he took from one of the dead officers when a Seattle policeman recognized him near a stolen car in a working-class south Seattle neighborhood about 2:45 a.m., Assistant Police Chief Jim Pugel said. The vehicle was running but unoccupied when the officer pulled up, radioed in the license plate number and realized the car was stolen, Pugel said. The officer saw something moving, got out of his car, saw Clemmons and ordered him to show his hands and stop. "He wouldn't stop," Pugel said. "The officer fired several rounds." Clemmons also had sustained a serious gunshot wound from one of the four officers killed in the coffee-shop shooting.
